1. Eligibility

• Are residents of India
• Are at least 18 years old

2. Nature of the Platform

tenworks.in acts only as a connection platform.

• We do not provide services directly
• Workers listed are independent professionals
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or completion of services
• Any agreement for work is strictly between the Customer and the Worker.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, users needs to register.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide correct job/service details
• Treat Workers respectfully
• Make payments directly as agreed
• Not misuse the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes

5. Worker Responsibilities

Workers agree to:

• Provide accurate service descriptions
• Communicate clearly with Customers
• Perform work professionally and responsibly
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws
• Avoid fraud, abuse, or harassment

Workers are solely responsible for the services they provide.

6. Payment and Fees

tenworks.in does not provide online payment or transaction processing.

All payments are handled directly between Customers and Workers through methods such as:

• Cash
• UPI
• Bank transfer

tenworks.in is not responsible for payment disputes.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or harmful information
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt hacking or unauthorized access
• Copy or misuse Platform content without permission

8. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraud or harmful behavior is detected
• Required by law or authorities

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

• Availability of Workers
• Completion or quality of work
• Error-free or uninterrupted access
• Security of the Platform

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, tenworks.in is not liable for:

• Disputes between Customers and Workers
• Damages, injuries, or losses arising from services
• Payment-related issues
• Any indirect or consequential damages

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in:

Hyderabad, Telangana, India
