How to register to access the platform features?

Step 1: Click on the "Register" button to create an account and get access to the platform. Please ensure that you provide complete details during registration.

Step 2: Select "Customer" as your role during registration to access the customer features of the platform.

 

How to post work and get it done?

Step 1: After log in, you can post work by clicking the "Post Work" button and filling out the required details about the work that needs to be done.

Step 2: Once your work is posted, you can wait for estimates from workers.

Step 3: You can view the estimates by clicking on the work title on the "My Works" page. Click on the "My Works" button to open the "My Works" page.

Step 4: After receiving the estimates, choose the worker who is most suitable for your job.

Step 5: After selecting an estimation / worker, you can communicate with them through the platform to discuss the details and finalize the work.

Step 6: Once the work is completed, you can provide feedback and ratings for the worker to help other customers make informed decisions.

How to register as a worker?

Step 1: Click on the "Register" button to create an account and get access to the platform. Please ensure that you provide complete details during registration.

Step 2: Select "Worker" as your role during registration to access the worker features of the platform.

 

How to find work and get hired?

Step 1: After log in, browse for works by clicking on the button "Browse".

Step 2: Once you find a work that interests you, you can submit an estimate by clicking on the work title and filling out the required details.

Step 3: After submitting your estimate, the customer can review it and choose to hire you for the job. If your estimate is selected, a task will be created for you to work on.

Step 4: You can find the assigned works by clicking on the "My Works" button.

Step 5: While the work is in progress, you can update the task status by clicking the "Change Task Status" button.
